LOVED our stay here. Great location - a little hidden away but still in the action. Great secure spot to store our bikes. Staff were amazing. Room was beyond our expectations. Great value and would love to return. Only downside - the bathroom really really needs a shower curtain.

We had a lovely stay, except that it was a bit wqarm in the room and the air conditioning was not very strong. The breakfast was lovely; the decor of the hotel is quite cute.

Personal and nice hotel in the center. Breakfast buffé with a rich content. Sweet and helpful staff. The parking is below the hotel and got another adress then hotel. This you have to consider but when finding out no problem. High recommendations.

You just couldn’t be more central in Mulhouse. Nicely appointed hotel. Just one gripe from me. On the hottest nights of the year (around 29C) the air conditioning was not up to scratch in my room. I reported the issue and hopefully subsequent guests will be better catered for.

We had a pretty poor experience at La Maison Hotel. I’d honestly give it one star. We ended up booking it on our way back from Italy to the Netherlands because our original hotel was fully booked, and unfortunately, this one was not only much more expensive but also much worse. Our room was on the fourth floor, right under a slanted roof, and it was boiling hot. The air conditioning was broken, and their “compensation” was a busted fan that didn’t work either. We couldn’t leave the window fully open because it had no safety latch, which meant it was actually dangerous—if the kids leaned out too far, they could fall right from the fourth floor. So we had to keep it shut. The shower was dirty, the room was dusty, and the tap water was either scorching hot or freezing cold—no normal temperature for a comfortable shower. Breakfast was hit or miss: the French bread was nice, but the rest of the fresh items were covered in flies and fruit flies, which was really gross. The only positive thing I can say is that the hotel is nicely located in the center, so you can walk straight out into town. Other than that, it was an experience we’d rather forget.

Quirky, nice reception and breakfast room. Room was ok. Sauna and steam room very dated. Need to turn them on yourself which is probably better environmentally but I couldn't find a light for the sauna so gave up. Seems a bit overpriced.

The price was decent for the value I got. Could have been a little cheaper. The room was clean, it was little dirt over for example the wardrobe and little insects over and around the window. The room was overall nice. The room was decent in size and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was good in size and with a bathtub. The bathrooms was clean. The location is good, very central, which is a plus. The astmosphere was fun and nice. The staff was also always there and accommodating. I can not comment on the breakfast because I did not have any. The towels could have been more clean, we had to ask for new ones, that is a minus. I am satisfied with my stay here. Could revisit again. Recommend it.

Sehr netter Aufenthalt mit sehr zentraler Lage in Mulhouse! Nachdem wir unser ursprünglich gebuchtes Zimmer aufgrund eines Defekts wechseln konnten und freundlicherweise sogar ein Upgrade bekamen, war alles sehr gut! :-) Die Lage ist ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden und man ist zu Fuß auch in weniger als 15 Minuten am Bahnhof. Wir würden es wieder buchen.
