「The room was affordable, clean, and quiet. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. We had a great experience there for two days and would love to stay again!」

Near everything like TF Green but far enough from the really congested and chaotic Providence traffic, road work, drivers, etc. The Cork and Rye just a short walk away is great little restaurant. Always reasonable rates unlike Crown Plaza (goes crazy on weekends) and downtown Providence hotels. 」

「Front desk person was extremely rude. Left early due to a leak in the ceiling. Offered to move my room but then i asked for a refund he said i would have to talk to expedite but didnt say he was unwilling too. Left instead of switching & tried to get a refund for the days i didn’t stay. Expedia said its up to the hotel & called he said i won't give him a refund & i told him that & offered to accommodate the room due to the leak & supposedly i chose to leave. Maybe be direct about your intention...

「the room i stayed in (27) smelled VERY strongly of pee. the service was okay but the attendant was a bit rude at check in if you care. the temp in the room was set at 80 and couldn’t be changed, and i had to run an air conditioning unit at full blast to feel normal in the room, which felt pretty unsafe as it’s all on ground floor and someone definitely could have gotten in by taking out the unit from the outside. the furniture was well worn and i found hair and debris in the bedding. for what it...
