“Room was spotless, bed was very comfortable, great to have a walk in shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we left. “The room was great! Much bigger than what we anticipated. A bit on the warm side but we opened the window and let it air for a bit to cool down. I think they sell themselves short on their "light bites". We had a lovely lunch in the hotel on the day of arrival. A very tasty celeriac soup and salmon sandwich. Everyone was catered for, kids and people with allergens alike. The same goes for breakfast, plenty to choose from and lovely staff. I'm sure we'll be back again. ”

“First time in Castlebar and found this hotel to be a great location to stay in before my meeting next day. Whilst i arrived after 7pm and the restaurant kitchen closed at 7pm, I rang the reception and they offered me the choice to pre order a dinner - went for Roast Beef. On arrival check-in was very swift, my room was warm and comfortable and dinner when served was delicious. Quiet room with warm shower and great bed - so superb sleep enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious with nice choices on……
