When we went to the property they denied the stay, saying that we are not on any online platform and had to leave and search for another property. I request Expedia to review this and remove the property from the system.

Good location for exploring South Mumbai. Even though shower & toilet facilities are separate, they are clean with good water pressure in showers & hot water. Rooms are spacious and have tv. There is a cook who makes a good cup of chai. WiFi needs a new code every day and does not always work.

We saw the room and left the place.

One of the most horrible hotels we have seen. The place is known for all wrong activities. One must never visit with a family. Singles girls are not supposed to step in that area itself. Seeing the condition, we left and we found another hotel in the suburb.

6/10 Okay

Convenient, quite clean and an inexpensive hotel

We just used it as a night halt, but its a cheap deal if most of your day is going to be spent outside the room.
