Good for business trip to Bombay Exhibition Center
The front desk and gate security people are very friendly. The location is very convenient for BEC. Breakfast is nice.

The location is great
The location is great for people who needs to attend exhibition in Goregoan Exhibition center. The staff is nice to arrange either hotel car (600 Rs. for one way trip to exhibition center), or outside taxi (Rs. 350 for one way trip to exhibition center). The restaurant is great. On the last day, we had a flight to catch at night after the exhibition. The reception was kind to offer us a room for 20 min to take shower. The overall experience is good. We will stay here again.

Close to Goregoan Exhibition Center
For people attending exhibition at Goregoan Exhibition Center, the location is very satisfactory as it takes 15-20 min to reach in normal traffic. The facilities are in good quality though some parts need to be renewed such as shower tab. There is some leaking problem in the washroom as well. Breakfast is very good and staff are professional. I will stay here again next time I go to Mumbai for exhibition.

The hotel was great overall. The breakfast choices were amazing. The staff extremely friendly and helpful. My only negative criticism is that the shower could be kept a little cleaner. Otherwise overall a great experience!

The check-in was smooth. I appreciate they helped me check-in earlier. There were few problems to the washroom door inside the door which took around 45 mins to be fixed, which I didn't like to be honest. Another thing the right door key was not provided. Initially I stayed for an hour without electricity in the room. Even after calling multiple times I got the right key after 1-1.5 hours of my checkin.

We understand it’s covid times but the food was very disappointing.The menu is so limited and if ur staying for more than 2 days u are ready to bawl your eyes out! Plus they take an average of 45 minutes even for a simple sandwich.Other than the food everything was as usual amazing!

My expectations for this Radisson were high, sadly disappointed. Service was terrible. Breakfast was not at all upto standards expected .Tables were not spotless, floor under counter were not swept - observed for two days in a row . Called Room service no answer, rang up front desk to connect no answer... After frustrating half hour I gave up idea of eating in the room , staff were okay but not impressed. Sorry but I don’t see myself ever staying at this place.

The as shower leaked, TV did not have western channel And the ironing boards really need to be better for a Radisson hotel... the cheese was stale and the same block appear to be placed served to eat. I know this as was there for 9 nights.. and passionate for cheese.
