撒哈拉之星酒店历史比较久,里面的环境没得说,但是房间内部设施就一般了。感觉服务员见过的土豪太多,对一般出差的人不会那么周到。建议在这里住一晚体验下就行了,不要久住以免影响心情。WIFI信号不好,且手机信号也不好,离不开网的朋友不要住

The best airport hotel in Mumbai, but pls remember that you cannot walk to the hotel from airport. It need to take 10mins by car, you should book pick up service from the hotel.

已經是第二次入住,因為接近機場,要留意,由國際機場/本地機場都是不可能走路過去這酒店的!但可以事先通知酒店安排車到機場接機,晚機到達最方便不過。酒店各方面的設施都很好,所有員工都很有禮貌,很幫忙,以後去孟買還會再入住這酒店。

Absolutely disgusting. So filthy and the staff are so rude. There are insects in your room and clearly the rooms are not cleaned between guests. Horrible. We left and changed hotels it was terrible

Property seems old need a proper renovation, I had a wifi problem since I first day and nobody resolve it even the IT guy. Rooms not worth for the price, I booked for a Venus Premier room and had to request for a change to Lagoon one as the room smell and Lagoon room was not available even it is cheaper than what I paid, so they proposed me a suit at a discounted rate which I booked but still the room is not worth for what I paid.

The location of this property is out of the world, the rooms are nice and spacious with lovely views. However, the buck stops at the service these people provide, they simply do not pick up phone calls, reception especially, in room dining was not upto the mark, rates are simply exorbitant for sub standard food. I would probably no eat there if I ever stay there again.

The property is not in its original anymore. Lots of things need maintenance and replacement. The front desk reception waste lot of your time going through your reservation during checkin and checkout. They need a better management or this place is going to shutdown very soon.

It was my first time at this hotel. After I had checked I was given the keys. There was no one to guide me where the lifts were . Being a woman in her late 60s I expected a staff member to show me to my room. I usually stay at jw mariott sahar and the service from their staff is a lot lot better. They did. It ask for my credit cards which most hotels do. So anything extra from restaurants or in-house cafes I had to pay cas. Staff can do a lot better in terms of service

Das Design des Hotels ist wirklich einzigartig. Ich war dort bereits mehrere Male vor Jahren. Leider wurde seitdem nichts weiter renoviert oder in Schuss gehalten. Es ist immer noch ein Gutes Hotel. Aber eben nur gut.

This is an excellent property. I rated it 5* even though, for me, being south Mumbai would have been better for tours etc. that is not the hotels fault. It is a wonderful hotel - gym, pool, food options and staff fantastic.

Proof that all what glitters is not gold. BEAUTIFULL hotel layout, but our but our sky window was to dirty to look through, with rain leaking very much. Again hassle about the transfer, a complementary juice was offered but after 45 minutes not delivered to our room, when we went down to the smoking room we asked if it could be delivered there but were told that is was already sent to our room. For breakfast we were escorted to a table by a hostess, but after returning from the buffet someone else was seated there with my wifes handbag moved to another table, so we had to return to the fresh aggsttion to give a new table number. We paid a deposit for drinks etc of about 130 euro, had a few drinks but on check out another 130 euro, we asked for the bill but could not get it as it was booked through expedia and the bill woud be sent through them only. This anount had been reserved on my card but was not chargedto it in the end, no appology was received. This 5 star hotel has incompetentdesk staff and lacks maintenance never again

Overpriced, no value
Sadly, The Sahara Star is no longer as good as it used to be. We were put in room 4017 where the toilet was stinking. When we tried to call the reception to inform them of the same, we found that the phone was not in working condition. Overall the staff were unhelpful and genuinely not interested in making our stay pleasant.
