Be careful the Overbooking situation
Overbooking too much! I’ve booked and paid for one pool view room at least half month in advance. But when I checked in, they said there is no pool view room available! Can I accept the cheaper one with city view? It’s almost 4AM! What can I said?
It’s the first time I got such bad experience! I travel a lot during the last three years. Never happened such situation in the other hotels. No matter in which country! Even in India.

The overbooking was a really bad experience. We booked the pool view room a month ago. But when we check in, hotel told us there was no room and forced us to accept the down grade city view room. The room key was quite often not workable. It really exhausted when we were not able to get into the room.

Very good location for the airport. It is however style over substance. Our VIP amenity caused so much trouble - each time we wanted to use our discount we had to go to reception and they had to work it out manually. This was the last night of our holiday and it meant we spent half of it queuing at reception. However it was the room which was really poor. We did not notice until we went to bed but some one had obviously vomited all over the wall next to the bed and it had not been clean properly. There were splashes all over the wall. The toilet lid also had splashed all over it - disgusting! The phone didn’t work and so we couldn’t call reception. As we had got ready for bed we couldn’t face going back to reception so had to live with it!!! Avoid this hotel

Hotel was in a cenmtral location with excellent staff. The only negative feedback i have was the noise from banging doors throughout the night and being able to hear people talking outside my door. Besides this, was a great stay.

A haven of peace and quiet in a bustling City ! Stand out feature are the 11 acres of gardens and a well designed pool. Rooms overlooking pool are strongly recommended - high floor as always. Pool area at this hotel is well designed - no noise or excessive child activity / noise .

Excellent staff and hotel apart from breakfast. Overcrowded,tables too close to each other, basically sat at a table for 20 people. Not a pleasant breakfast for a couple!!
After complaining this was resolved and a table for two was found.
