The property itself exceeded expectations, and the breakfast buffet was a standout highlight—exceptional in quality, variety, and taste. The rooms are well-appointed, with comfortable bedding, excellent bathroom amenities, and a strong in-room dining offering. However, the overall experience was let down by inconsistent service. The front desk team, in particular, was disappointing—the manager did not follow up on a concern raised or provide the information promised. Additionally, a late-night disturbance from housekeeping, who rang the doorbell multiple times due to a room mix-up, was both inconvenient and avoidable. While the hotel excels in its physical offerings and dining, improvements in service—especially at the front desk and housekeeping—are needed to match the otherwise high standard of the property.

Excellent Hotel with Great Facilities & Prime Location. A truly superb stay! The hotel boasts top-notch facilities and a highly convenient location, making it an ideal choice for travelers. While the overall experience was fantastic, a faster check-in process—perhaps even a pre-arrival check-in option—would have enhanced efficiency at the front desk. Aside from the speed of service, everything else was absolutely outstanding!

We stay only in Tunga Regenza during our visit to mumbai. It is always enjoyable except some here and there but there are people like Shadab who has come forward helping us with extension of stay.

Close to all shopping malls. Bathroom needs a bit of updating. Need to walk away from hotel to get a Taxi. Restaurant food was good. Road in front of the hotel is still dirt road, should be a paved road.

Had to shift rooms due to inoperative locking door. Took hotel over an hour to do the right thing. Additionally, not a safe hotel for foreigners and women in particular. Lots of partying, live band in lobby, numerous men and I did not observe another female or any families during my stay. Definitely would not recommend.

The room wasn’t kept clean. Inspite of reminding them to put hand towels in the bathroom I had to call for them every day. The AC didn’t work had to get the maintenance into the room at least 3 times. The money they charge for the room is not worth it. I feel cheated.
