房间确实是海景房,很惬意。游泳池很大很爽。风景非常优美。但是酒店设施较老,离繁华区域非常远,出门非常不便。适合本地人想远离喧嚣放松几天的。

The place is covered in mold and grime. They haven’t cleaned it in 10 years. We had to move rooms three times for mold in the bathrooms. Showers don’t drain properly. Mysterious dripping stains on walls and headboards. Tabletops dirty, bundles of other people’s hair on the floor, stains on the sheets. The hallway smelled like vomit for two days. The carpet is stained and musty. The stair case had dirt everywhere. The gym was covered in dandruff and hair. This place needs a health inspector visit. It was worse than the 3 star hotel we stayed in. The staff were rude and incompetent. Everything was a disgusting disappointment.

The hallway was smelling and musty. The pool area was not cleaned the next morning. Wi-Fi access was limited only to the inside of the building, not at the pool snd other areas. The person who came to deliver food for room service, his clothes were smelly. Lights and air conditioning in common areas were turned off during day time, even if it was dark due to rains and hot.

Beauty is skin deep.
The facility is fabulous. The room is large and comfortable, a real fine quality accommodation. The lobby,, restaurant, the grounds all fabulous. Food in the eatery is no better than average although ombiance is very inviting. The numerous staff certainly courteous and eager to help, yet English communication is lacking. The pool is visited by great numbers of birds washing and deficating in pool water. The filthy beach has warnings not to swim in the ocean, the filthy water is a danger. Staying here is a very mixed bag yet I would probably stay again.

The resort is around an hour ride north of the airport which is only $5.50 Uber ride so no complaints there. However, near the airport or down south is where you want to be. The security at this hotel is very good. Getting in requires a security check. The hotel itself is also very clean and my room was very comfortable. However, the beach is dirty and it is recommended not to swim in the water. Also, people do swim in the pool but I chose not to after watching crows wash themselves in the morning in the pool water. Not a bad hotel. Just not what I expected.

Excellent place with average service
The property and location is great and a wonderful getaway from Mumbai. However the service is sub par. Though the staff was polite, they were inefficient in getting things done quickly. They should reconsider their check-in time if they are going to have all their staff at lunch at the same time with just one person at the counter.

Excellent Property but pathetic Management
View overlooking sea was fantastic. The rooms though not big enough, but seems done up recently is good-excellent. The room service was ok. N it all ends there. The worst was its restaurant n its service: During lunch time I requested a plain (butterless) naan. Told at least 5 attendants n finally F&B Manager. Finally got a naan without butter after 25 mins of waiting. The food's very ordinary. The choice of menu for buffet should've been swapped between lunch n dinner (bad planning). The worst exp. was during dinner at 10PM, There's rush so waited for 15 min, by when there were lot of tables free but uncleaned. We were told to wait near a table, and it took them 15 min (after pleading with 3-4 of them) to clear 1 table. Finally, we get our food on table, but no cutlery to be found and no one around to help. We searched ourselves through their drawers and found only spoons n no fork. We called for their F&B manager who had vanished during such peak hours. A sales guy came over fm reception to help. I challenged him to find one piece of fork in next 1 min in exchange of a treat. He and his team came back 5 min later apologizing. And after 10 min came the cutlery we wanted. We arrived at the restaurant at 10 PM and finally started eating at 10:45. Also they're doing some renovation, so the entire afternoon couldn't get the wanted nap with all drilling sound. N misery cont. till morning with doorbell ringing at 6AM, accidentally by housekeeper while cleaniing outside wall.
