Taj Mahal Tower, Mumbai
The whole experience from check-in and throughout was extraordinary. The smiling faces of all the staff who were willing to go over beyond added to the overall experience. This was a birthday treat from my husband and I'm so grateful we got to do this while visiting India.

Sea Palace Hotel
Front desk look at you like you live on the street. Have stayed there before. This time was horrible. Restaurant staff excellent.

White Pearl Colaba
3 stars is only because of location and cleanliness. The service was below what you will get in a hotel in India. We had to ask several times to get the room cleaned, there is no tea/coffee and kettle in the room, or room service available. It is very basic. But the location and price are good.

Trident, Nariman Point Mumbai
