The power in room 108 went off the first hour we were there and then after complaining to the front desk we we're moved to another room, after doing that we noticed a crack in the hot tub so we were moved back to the original room because the power came back on. We thought well no big deal we are leaving for awhile anyway while they take a look at the problem. We then return to the room and the power stayed on for the time being as we got in the hot tub the jets shot out a terrible stagnant smell. We let the tub cycle through and cleaned out the tub and got back in as we are trying to make the best of things. We went to bed shortly after and the power went off again! I went to the front desk and voiced my concerns as the guy at the front desk says he could move us to another room and maybe get refunded the difference of about $50 which was unacceptable. Was told to wait about 5 minutes for the power to resume as it did come back on but at this point I was over it and wanted a full refund but was told to wait till morning for a manager because there wasn't anything he could do till then. This was a very unprofessional handling of matters and a horrible experience!!!
