"Beach across street was super nice, safe and very convenient area, staff was friendly and food was good for the price we paid. Bought half board, but when we checked in was told it wasn’t on the system, we were allowed to have dinner, but it took 3 days to have our name on the list, kind of embarrassing. 2 of the 3 pools including the kids pool was very dirty the last 2 days of our stay. Housekeeping made us very special decorating our room, very sweet, special thanks to Mayane. I would go back...

Minha experiência nesse hotel foi extremamente negativa.
O episódio mais revoltante foi o sumiço do meu óculos após a arrumação do quarto. Ao relatar o problema, o gestor não só se recusou a ressarcir o prejuízo como também demonstrou total descaso e demora em tratar do assunto.
O hotel não dispõe de cofre que funcione para guardar objetos de valor, o que aumenta ainda mais a insegurança.
O quarto em si é extremamente desconfortável: a cama é dura, o travesseiro é de péssima qualidade e...

"Eu não iria avaliar, porém fiquei insatisfeita pois as informações passadas por mensagens e no app de reservas não foram as mesmas encontradas lá. Piscina tem mas não estava em condições de uso; o café foi servido quase as 9h e em uma bandeja (café,leite, um copo de suco, ovo frito e um misto), isso depois que fui perguntar como que seria servido, e me responderam que como só era eu de hospede iriam preparar na hora. Um local simples mas nada contra isso o quarto era bom. Só acho que deveriam...
