“When I made the booking, it is a two bedrooms room. However, the design of this room is strange. It has one big door and has two doors on left and right. It just like a two separate rooms. My kids are small and cannot accept this room type. However, I get upgrade for my room type and live in a house that is great. “We had a big group so we had rented the Beach House which was more than enough for our group of 8. It came with two parking slots perfect for us and due to the location(at the end of Koala place), there is ample street parking available.
The retreat is superb, with ample greenery and space between cabins in stark contrast to other resorts in the area and just under a leisurely 10 mins walk from the beach.
On the EV charging front, there are 4 Type 2 charging ports with rating up to 22kWh.

“Excellent stay. We have a glamping just for a night and we enjoyed the pre-arrival calls and email making sure we can find the location well. Thanks to Alison for her great hospitality by phone as well as in person, also her tour in the morning about the Sanctuary. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wish to support their work as well as to enjoy a bit of relax atmosphere in Port Stephens.”

“Lovely accomodation in a self contained unit within a site of about 75 units - though you would never realise. Clean and tidy with all amenities and access to the shared pool and tennis courts. Boomerang Beach is just across the road and other great beaches and lakes nearby. Restaurant was good but with limited opening evenings outside holiday season.”
