Just a few blocks from HBf, room was clean, bed and pillows very comfortable (bed on the softer side vs super firm), and kitchenette for basic meal prep. Nespresso coffee machine, with pods, creamers (incl Oat-Ly), sugar, and teas provided. Lidl grocery store across the street. Lots of nearly-instant hot water, nice shower and soap, shampoo, lotion dispensers provided. All in all, a good stay and will visit again soon.

It was great. Great location. Easy check in. Like how you store your bag before or after if needed. Clean. Spacious. The only thing we would like more towels. You could go down to first floor to get more. But there was never any there.

Apartment is in an excellent location. It's about a 5-minute walk from Munich's main train station and about 15 minutes on foot to the old town and major sights. Comfortable beds and nice showers.

Muy cerca del centro de Múnich y de la estación de tren y tranvía, hotel cómodo con lo indispensable para cocinar algo liviano, el supermercado está enfrente del hotel así como varios restaurantes. Me volvería a hospedar en este hotel 😊

Everything was good, better than expected, the area is busy and noisy but with aircon we could shut the windows and there was minimal noise. Having the essentials closet for top ups and fresh towels is great. The only problem we had was there was no hot water on the last day, they were working on it but it wasn’t fixed until the nex day, I guess these things happen. Overall would definitely stay again

The interior of the property was excellent. The immediate neighborhood was troubling--lots of strip clubs and people with substance issues loitering outside. I would not recommend going outside after dark.

Big plus is the laundry in the basement. A little pricey, but does include soap and fabric softener. Grocery stores are across the street and the Ubahn a very short walk away. Room was clean. It's a little weird to have NO contact with staff, but not a big deal.

We arrived before check in time. There was very limited room to be able to drop off luggage ahead of time. There is no staff on site to talk to. We had to pay to store luggage offsite, until we could check in. We also had no hot water the first day we stayed at the hotel. Contacted the staff thru WhatsApp and the problem did get resolved the same day. It is a good property. Quiet and safe. Close to the main train station. Within walking distance to sights we wanted to see. Clean room. Would stay here again
