Close walk from the Munich central station, and not far to walk to the old town. Rooms are quite small but more than adequate. All the facilities you need - including a coffee machine in the lobby where you can help yourself to coffee, hot chocolate, tea etc. TVs werent working during pur stay unfortunately (technical issue across the hotel) and the building site was a little noisy during week days. Otherwise was a good stay.

Room was a decent size and staff were friendly enough. Acknowledging it was Oktoberfest, pricing was still VERY high; too high; especially considering the rooms are not serviced each day. The two single beds pushed together as a double aren’t too comfortable unfortunately and slide apart easily when you roll into the middle - would recommend they invest in some comfortable beds to have guests return! Otherwise tidy and central enough.

Room was clean and well appointed. Kitchenette was well equipped. Staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. The location was good as only about 5 minutes walk from the main station with direct S-Bahn to and from the airport.

Loved our stay. The staff was awesome and the rooms were clean and well decorated. This is a PERFECT place to stay during Octoberfest! An easy walk and great restaurants all around.

The space was comfortable but small. The only space for our big suitcase was on the floor in front of the door. We had to close the door and use the slider through the common area to get to the bathroom. This made it a bit more difficult for our adult kid who was in the common area. The floor under the sleeper couch in the common room was dusty which triggered allergies. There was a bag of trash in one of the kitchen cabinets left from someone else. I put it out to be collected. Otherwise the space was clean.

We stayed for 7 days at the start of Oktoberfest, which means an extra 4 million people in the city and its chaos but this place was ready and did a great job. Our room was ready when we arrived, it was super clean and perfect little studio apartment for us two. It’s super close to everything, a block from the main train station where there’s easy access to transportation and there’s a million restaurants nearby. Also only a 5 minute walk to the fest grounds. Would definitely stay again. The staff was friendly and helpful and very hospitable.

Oh this place was more than we expected!! They have laundry facilities and I must not have read that. Yay we were able to wash clothes! The room was huge with a kitchen and everything seemed so new. Free coffee and tea 24/7 was definitely a plus! Located just blocks away from the train station was also a huge plus. We were in close walking distance to everything that we wanted to see. The staff at this place were a diverse crowd with languages from all over the world! I will stay at one of these properties again!

We had reserved two rooms, one for my wife and me; the other for our son and grandson. We arrived before check-in and paid for our two rooms. After traveling around for four hours returned and discovered the room for our son and grandson had a single bed instead of two twin beds which I thought I had requested. They changed things quickly and to our complete satisfaction

The hotel is fine. Quite convenient. It's some things that are not clear. the towels. I returned to change them and they rudely told me that they only did it every 2 days per room. They were supposed to tell me this at check-in but they didn't. I liked the low staff system but my wife thinks there is a lack of attention to the service. The price-service ratio is optimal.

The stay started off great and deteriorated quickly. We had to move rooms when we saw a huge cockroach and when we heard a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms and corridors despite the rooms being advertised as soundproofed. The staff was forthcoming with us moving rooms and gave us a room in a different wing of the hotel which was much quieter. Unfortunately, the silicone around the shower cubicle had become very mouldy which was the same in our original room. On top of this, one of the cleaning staff knocked on our door and only gave us about 10 seconds to answer before opening the door with their master key card at 10am despite our 11am check out time. When I told the individual, he was apologetic and left us alone, but this was incredibly unsettling for my partner as she felt it was a breach of her safety. Improvements can be made to this service by removing the false idea of soundproofing in the hotel description, increasing the pest control and cleanliness, re-siliconing bathroom areas, and training staff to wait longer after knocking and also telling them to double-check check out times.

The area is not great, and it takes a while to get used to it. The rooms are large and well-furnished but not particularly clean. Ours faced a nice, quiet courtyard. The Internet was terrible the first two days and remained unreliable even after they put us in another room. Two of the washing machines downstairs were broken. The assistant manager addressed our concerns professionally and communicated well. On the other hand, the staff was neither helpful nor friendly and sometimes made bizarre comments or reacted weirdly. They certainly didn't make us feel welcome.

the oven had an electrical fault and literally started belching smoke. when i explained the problem to a manager, and showed him photos, he blamed me for the problem and charged me 700 euros. he also stated that he wasn't intending to get the thing looked at by a tech. literally life threatening situation for me. stay far far away.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Visiting a city for several days made this hotel a perfect choice. Full kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes for 4 and utensils. You can even borrow crockpots and other things from the main reception area. There is even a pull out table underneath the desk in the sleeping area. They do provide breakfast items in the main area, for a price. The bathroom including a towel warmer which is great for drying socks also! There is a full size medicine cabinet behind the bathroom mirror and a really fancy pull out drying rack in the shower. Lots of storage space and hooks. The furniture is sort of Ikea, but in good shape. There is a grocery store a block away. You are responsible for some of your own housekeeping, but that wasn't any big deal. You are also only a 5 or 10 minute walk from the main train station and 12 minute walk from the main square. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Munich. Kudos to this company. Do be aware though that they do have several tiers of places. This was excellent

Not impressed. Upon arrival and check in we go into the room and notice a big bed bug inside the bathroom tub. We had no time to go to the front desk as we were running late to an appointment. When we got back that night, we talked to the man at the front desk about what we saw. Showed him pictures. Anyone with any customer service experience or training would have been apologetic, embarrassed and made it right. Instead the front desk guy got defensive and questioned why we hadn’t told him sooner and that because he was alone, there’s nothing he can do now. Thankfully I insisted, as bed bugs are no joke and there was no way we would stay the night in that room. He continued, saying how some people plant bed bugs in rooms to try and get free stuff. The nerve of this guy to insinuate that and not address the fact that there was a bed bug in the room. Unbelievable! He finally, and reluctantly gave us another room but not before complaining about how he’s going to have to explain this to his manager on why we got a different room. Abhorrent behavior. The next morning, I picked up on some of his german and he was definitely talking bad about us to his co-worker. This guy is a liability to the company. Who ever reads this review, you can look up who this guy was and address his behavior if you want. I didn’t catch his name. Overall, I enjoyed the stay. We came for Oktoberfest, and it was right beside the grounds. I would say it is overpriced for the actual hotel itself, you are paying for the location more than anything. Getting housekeeping was also a mission, even after asking our room wasn’t cleaned. And to get new towels, we had to go to the front desk ourselves- again, not a big deal- but if you are paying $700+ a night, you expect some of these things to be done
