Nice and bright

Overall a great stay. Rooms are bright and clean, breakfast is good, coffee served in the lobby is excellent. Gym is a bit tiny with not many amenities, and bath could be bigger. But overall nice experience in a modern and nice hotel.

Beds are a bit small for an adult. The location is great, albeit a bit noisy. The best part of this hotel is the staff. They were all very friendly, helpful and truly went above and beyond. Sam was especially great. Would stay here agian when in Munich.

Basically, we needed to be in Munich during the big trade fair when all hotel rooms were much more expensive than usual. It was a 'double room' in that it had a double bed, but the facilities were for one: there was a desk with one chair so only one person could work at a pc, and not enough room in the bathroom for two people's toiletries. Given how crowded Munich hotels were that week we were glad to get it but luxurious it wasn't. Oh, and it was on the third floor, I have mobility issues, and there wasn't a lift. On the plus side, we arrived at 11 at night after train problems, and the barman was not only very nice, he was able to rustle up some simple hot food.

The images in the listing are misleading for this property. The room we received was neither carpeted nor well lit as suggested by the listing images. The floor was dirty linoleum, scuffed and dusty. The room walls were not the cleanest either with visible damage or marks on them. The bathroom was incredibly tiny (can barely sit on the toilet with the door shut), and the lighting as aforementioned was very poor, with a single small window for the whole room. Overall, not as shown in images, very, very different. Convenient location and no issues checking in, but not what it says it is. Definitely neither a 3 or 4 star property. Upper 2 is more accurate.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal Sehr saubere Zimmer, werden umweltfreundlich nur alle zwei Tage gereinigt. Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet, allerdings mit begrenztem Platzangebot: Das „Bad“ ist räumlich nicht getrennt, also eher eine Wachmische, hat ein sehr kleines Waschbecken, die Dusche ist praktisch direkt neben dem Bett. Die Toilette ist nur mit einer Glasschiebetür vom Raum getrennt. Ansonsten sehr gute Lage, üppiges Frühstücksbuffet zu angemessenen Preisen.

Great Hotel

Stay was very pleasant. Front guys were very nice and helpful. Room was comfortable (we were 3 people), and clean, and airy. Hotel is 30 minutes walking to almost anything. There is a convenience store/supermarket on the opposite corner. It was a really nice stay and excellent service.

Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Zimmer könnte gemütlicher sein. Wegen dem Fliesenboden eher kalte Atmosphäre - Holz/Laminat wäre angenehmer. Im Badezimmer keine Möglichkeit Badetücher aufzuhängen, so dass sie wieder trocknen, nur 'Mini-Knöpfe' an der Wand. Separates WC im Grunde sehr vorteilhaft, aber man kann aus Platzgründen die Tür nicht schliessen, d.h. die Knie befinden sich IM Türrahmen! Was machen wirklich grosse Personen?

Im Aufwind - erneut ein toller Aufenthalt

Wir immer ein schöner Aufenthalt mit tollem Frühstück und super Personal. Es tut sich so Einiges und das wirklich nur zum Guten. Toll dass Ihr handelt und vieles an Tipps aufgreift. Habe mich über so einiges gefreut. Aber Euer Personal ist nach wie vor ein großes Plus. Und das Barfood sowie die Cocktails waren durchaus lecker! Weiter so.

Komfortables und sauberes Hotel, in guter Lage im Stadtteil Schwabing, nicht weit vom Englischen Garten entfernt. U-Bahn-Stationen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in der näheren Umgebung vorhanden (Bäcker und Supermarkt in unter zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar). Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Erittäin sujuvaa toimintaa ja palvelua kaikin puolin! Aamupala maksoi erikseen 18 euroa, mutta oli sen arvoinen - todella hyvää ja tuoretta! Aulabaarissa oli todella ystävällinen baarimikko.

My stay overall was good but did not care for the bathroom in my double room. There was no privacy in the shower space and was generally cramped. Overall clean and had sufficient parking in the lower level, though it was hard to find at first
