Super close to the U-bahn station. Staff was friendly. In hotel restaurant was tasty. Room was clean and spacious. Towel warmer was broken but otherwise great stay.
Friendly staff, overall nice hotel but freezing room (early October). Would not hesitate to stay again, but would pack more clothes for the nights if staying in wintertime.
Fantastic service when we arrived at 10am and were able to get straight into our room, very much appreciated but not expected.
The area is convenient for central Munich, 5 min walk to the s bahn. Room very spacious, clean & warm. Great value.
We paid for breakfast and this was unfortunately disappointing, very limited hot options (tasteless meat & scrambled egg). The quality seemed poor all round, very small slices of bread & the worst orange juice I have ever tasted. Would very much benefit from several hot options available to order on demand or an increased hot selection, more fruit and higher quality fruit juice.
Beautiful hotel! Super clean, incredible breakfast, extra large rooms, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff. Very close to the underground station and bus route. Awesome place to stay.
Spent 6 nights here during Oktoberfest with the family and would definitely stay again. Super easy access to transit for getting about the city, the breakfast buffet was excellent, the service was friendly and helpful, and our family room was a fantastic size for us. Would definitely stay again!
Beautiful property. Very high end. Comfortable and safe. Caring staff and always ready to help. Excellent location, 5 min. away from the subway. We spent 12 days there.
The Grand Palladium is a very nice hotel that is located in a quiet area of Munich. I stayed here during a recent heatwave in Europe and like many other hotels I've encountered, it does not have air conditioning. My room was a very nice modern room that had large windows and a fan. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and there's a nice restaurant on site. Underground parking is available and there were a lot of available spaces when I stayed.
The room was very spacious. Deliciouses breakfast buffet with lots of options.

I'm not sure where to start really - perhaps with a few positives: our room was large and warm, bed was comfortable, and we had a great view of Silvester fireworks going off in the park below our window. The two reception staff on duty during our stay were also great and went out their way to be friendly and helpful (I think Nicola and Daniele - thank you both). Unfortunately, however, our stay was marred by the rudeness of the owner whose attitude and comments towards us and our 3yr-old son were completely unacceptable. It was obvious that staff were also stressed around him and service in the restaurant left a lot to be desired - stressed waiting staff who either ignored waiting tables or responded with rolled eyes or exasperation when asked for anything. This is not a toddler friendly hotel. The owner made us feel unwelcome and was unapologetic for his comments saying we could choose another hotel to stay at if we wanted a more child friendly environment. We certainly will not be choosing his hotel again. The breakfast was okay but nothing special and very overpriced at 19 euro pp - we had a much nicer breakfast for a fraction of the price in the Balkan Bakerei Flori across the park on our second morning (delicious borek and coffee). It's a shame as the hotel has potential but clearly little thought/attention has gone into the decor, amenities, service for some time and it shows. We won't be back and I'm sorry to say we wouldn't recommend it.
