The staff were very friendly and the hotel is in a great location. Just steps to the tram or the S-bahn station. So nice that it is family owned and run rather than a big chain. My room was ready even though I arrived around noon. Would definitely stay there again.

A lovely clean room, with air con which was a godsend in the 34 degree heatwave. It was a great location at the bottom of the old town and with tram and S and U stations right there. Expensive compared to NZ hotels but staff were great and the hotel was lovely.

The location is great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The downside is the bathroom. The tub and shower combo is very narrow and very difficult to get in and out of given it’s hidden behind between the sink and toilet.

Staff were friendly , room plenty of storage , shower quite difficult as hose fixed in a central location which is not really good for a shower but a few flexible moves , better to ask for a assessable room as dads was better. Breakfast quite expensive for what’s on offer your better off going to the bakery/ coffee shop round the corner. They fix the car parking thats next door so pay the hotel and validate at garage which is ok. Nice little bar before you go out prices reasonable. Free water fizzy, tv no English channels if you require this! All in all good stay

Walking distance to attractions in the old town with easy access to tram and subway to others farther out. Parking is next door at a reasonable price. The three of us were comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. Would recommend Hotel Isartor to others.

Great location! Breakfast was okay but staff making fresh coffee and cappuccino made it great! Hotel showing a little wear. We had one small issue where I booked 2 rooms for my family and was only allowed access to one as they claimed the other was in my husband’s name. He was returning the rental car nearby so made things a little difficult. Other than that- great stay and I probably would stay again.

Great location overall. We stayed as a family of three with one child, and while the room felt a bit tight, it was still comfortable enough for our needs. The bathroom was on the smaller side as well, but it had everything we needed and worked just fine. For a small group, this is a solid and convenient place to stay.

The hotel itself was clean, quiet, the breakfast was good value and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. My only caution is the noise outside throughout the night was disruptive if the window is open which made for a rough sleep. Being noise cancelling headphones or keep the window closed.
