It was outside the city, but near the airport, which is why we chose it… It was very expensive… Which always makes me nervous… But it was clean neat organized, and you could get around… We were there for tonight… They have cab service to the airport did you can access; people in that area were very helpful direction.

We had a quiet and comfortable overnight stay. Its important to know during the summer months that there is no air conditioning. The vending machine only takes cash (no other way to get bottled water). It was perfect for us.

Adequate facility-- despite non-functioning elevator-- but undersupported staff and bizarre regulations concerning arrivals and departures. The building is locked between midnight and 6:30A, very strange for an airport hotel.

Clean, quiet but there no place to eat just 1 restaurant and the staff isnt helpful i ask where to eat and inask for uber eats or any other app and where there wasnt and could help, luckly me i search onlu found an app, they dont provide water to drink either, but other it was good for rest for long layover

Breakfast only no other food available. Staff seem under pressure from booking system. Be aware vending machines only take cash or German bank card, causes a problem with stuck in Munich for 3 days do to bed weather

The staffs were friendly however, the property needs renovation with AC. It’s warm at night and it’s hard to go to sleep! In our room the shower drain was not working caused overflowing the whole floor.

We were very grateful to be allowed to leave one piece of luggage per room with the hotel while we traveled for a week, and also to the wonderful staff for helping us check in late to the hotel (at the 11pm cutoff). The only problems were not being given the two single beds we requested in one of the rooms, very HOT rooms (fans but no a/c and windows difficult to prop open) and roaches. But great showers and loved the ambience and decor and laid-back staff. Would stay there again despite the drawbacks.

The staff are not typical warm welcoming staff. you will just need to be used to. Hospitality inside room is bad. no bottled water, no nice coffee machine only a cattle and coffee powder tubes. This does not match the standard of the name and everything else.

Chaos & Filthy

Flight had been cancelled, so booked this room due to location. Arrived late in the evening at hotel and it had been over booked and the reception manager couldn't handle the situation. After waiting hours and been promised that everything was under control, the manager informed me that there were no rooms available. If we wanted to stay, we would have to accept an un-clean room, which had dirty linen, no towels and full rubbish bins etc.. also I would have to share a double bed with my work colleague.

When we arrived, we were told the hotel had been overbooked and there was no room available. We were told we could wait for the employee who did the overbooking to return. We were not told when he returned. When we asked, we ultimately got a room. The card key door lock had been removed from the door. We were given a card key that therefore did not work. I had to go back to the lobby and ask for an actual key. This worked. The bathroom fan did not shut off. There were bugs in the room. The water pressure and the heat in the shower were good. Better than the other places I stayed in Munich. The breakfast was adequate. It was a quick ride by taxi to and from the airport. The mattress on the bed was quite thin.

Der Transfer beim Rückflug vom Flughafen ins Hotel war nicht gewährleistet lt. Hotelangestellten. Wir mussten uns selber darum kümmern und war natürlich teurer. Das ist nicht in Ordnung.

It was a nice, affordable room I booked the day of. It was neat, comfy and the only issue I had was the smell. The good thing was that the windows could be open so we aired it out which made it better. Location was okay, theres only one restaurant at walking distance. Everything else is driving distance. The facility was nice and I would stay at this place anytime!
