“飯店位於City Hall前方廣場旁，所以安全無虞，同時，離市區景點都很近(除了貝倫區及阿法瑪區之外)，步行15～20分鐘內都可到達。算是小型飯店，裝潢風格較復古。服務人員都很年輕、親切，服務也很好，每天還會贈送小禮物及問候卡片，很貼心。唯一的小缺點是，飯店不在馬路旁，前方是下City Hall停車場的車道，也沒有明顯的招牌，如果搭計程車或uber前往，若司機不熟悉，可能會有困難找到飯店。”

“On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and invited to partake in their complimentary snacks and drinks at reception. We were very luckily upgraded to a better room. The porter showed us up to our room and explained everything the politely departed. The room was spotless comfortable and well set up with a spa type bath/shower and a fantastic set of toiletries/amenities waiting for us. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.”

“the best service I met. The hotel offer everything in the room almost like home! The hotel is 500 yrs old building and it was Palace before that I can feel antique. Staffs are all nice and willing to help carry on luggage that there is no elevator in this hotel. Breakfast is amazing!
