「Ein sehr schöner Park der einen angenehmen und reibungslosen Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Auch die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Es gibt lediglich einen Minuspunkt für das Sofa welches dringend erneuert werden müsste da es extrem durch gesessen war und unangenehme Rückenschmerzen verursacht hat.」

「Het huisje was ronduit vies toen we aankwamen. Na melding hiervan kwamen 2 schoonmakers om dit te verhelpen. Binnen 20 minuten waren ze klaar, wij waren koffie gaan drinken bij het restaurant. Geen seintje, geen 'excuses, wij betalen uw koffie', geen compensatie voor de verloren tijd tijdens ons weekend weg. Bij terugkomst in het huisje was het schoner dan bij aankomst, maar zeker niet zo schoon als zou moeten. Toch jammer, gezien de huurprijzen van tegenwoordig. Ook bij vertrek geen aandacht...

「Sehr verwirrend. Ich habe zweimal bezahlt und trotzdem keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher bekommen. Der Mann an der Rezeption hat nicht einmal etwas dazu gesagt. Auch die Reinigung war nicht inklusive. Es kam mir sehr seltsam vor. Trotzdem war das Hotel schön und sauber.」

「We payed two seperate money transfers but still linnen and towels was noy included. The staff didnt mention it at the check in. Cleaning was also not included. Place was still clean and nice.」

「I had always chosen this hotel for business trip, and this was the 5th time I stayed with the other 2 colleagues and yes I recommended it! The experience genuinely was awful this time. The heater of Room 356 was broken so I slept at very cold temperature even I was told they have central air conditioning system. Then the shower was broken. Hot water came and cold water from the shower head and hand shower at same time which cannot be adjusted. It was very dangerous as people wouldn't notice the...

「I stayed in this hotel couple times and this time really pissed us off. The cleaners went to the room and didn’t finish the job and didn’t take the trash away. We ordered taxis and non of them arrived and the taxis they called for same trip could cost from 15-35 Euro difference. 😡 the front desk can’t answer simple questions and they don’t even apologize for not ordering taxis for us. We will Never stay in this hotel again! 」
