“A comfortable hotel - though hardly a 4-star - with a lovely restaurant and good service. However, no hot water to shower in the morning :(”

“Sehr verwirrend. Ich habe zweimal bezahlt und trotzdem keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher bekommen. Der Mann an der Rezeption hat nicht einmal etwas dazu gesagt. Auch die Reinigung war nicht inklusive. Es kam mir sehr seltsam vor. Trotzdem war das Hotel schön und sauber.”

“We payed two seperate money transfers but still linnen and towels was noy included. The staff didnt mention it at the check in. Cleaning was also not included. Place was still clean and nice.”

“I stayed in this hotel couple times and this time really pissed us off. The cleaners went to the room and didn’t finish the job and didn’t take the trash away. We ordered taxis and non of them arrived and the taxis they called for same trip could cost from 15-35 Euro difference. 😡 the front desk can’t answer simple questions and they don’t even apologize for not ordering taxis for us. We will Never stay in this hotel again! ”
