「The place is big but not properly for eldery people or children, the stairs are very high, unsafe, no place to hold and on the upper floor the handle for the stair was wiggly. 「The host had given us the wrong apartment number so we ended up trying to get into the wrong apartment initially! The tedee app wasn't working for the apartment, so we had to call the host and arrange for a spare key to get in. This all took a long time, in the heatwave with elderly parents and children.
