“This apartment is in a great neighborhood /location! Very close to Anne Frank House and Flagship canal cruises. It is also with a 15 minute walk of most attractions in the city. There is a transit stop a block away. Very clean and efficient apartment. The only downside it is basement apartment.”

“I do not normally write reviews and especially not bad ones but in this case, I feel obligated to warn potential travelers. If you have ANY sort of problem there is no one to help you. We arrived before 9pm and were not able to access our room until 10:15pm. Finally someone responded to the multiple messages, phone calls and emails. There was no regret or apology. I would classify this apartment as a sub-par highway motel or youth hostel. Warm water shower and 1 flat pillow each. I was not……

The manager called the day we were meant to check in to ask us to check in late which we did because they were on holiday or there was a staff shortage or someone was sick - I couldn't keep up with what the problem was. When we arrived there was dirty underwear, dirty bedding, full garbage bins, a huge leak in the living room, 0 toilet paper, no shampoo, soap or coffee. They promised to get it cleaned which they did while we were out at dinner but the……
