「We stayed for 7 nights at "The Beach&Town Suite" and had a wonderful time there! The accomodation is very comfortable and spacious for two people. Its located near the beach and the city, so everything you want or need is reachable by foot. The vicinity to the beach is especially great, allowing you to take advantage of the good weather and spend time by the sea whenever you like. Communication with Team Rental Valley was friendly and helpful. We would happily book with them again and highly...

「Communication was extremely poor. It took two phone calls (with very friendly staff) and two WhatsApp reminders before we finally received 13 (!) emails. Only one of them contained the correct payment link. The whole process felt rather surreal. Check-in was available from 16:00. We arrived at 16:50, only to find our room was still being cleaned. The gentleman seemed annoyed that we were "already" there, and we couldn't get into the room until 17:10. After a day out with two kids, it wasn't the...

「Novi did a great job on this old house, however, on our fourth stay, we did have a few issues: - no more water bottles provided - although I’m not a fan of air-conditioning, it was needed this time due to the temperatures, but it would shut off by itself after more or less 30 minutes. This is ridiculous. - people upstairs walking around, made a lot of noise, so I must assume the isolation is poor」

Summary (EN): The hotel is artistically stunning and the staff is incredibly kind (helped my elderly mom with a lower bunk!). However, the walk from the ferry is a struggle—it’s about 8 mins for light travelers, but took me 15 mins dragging two heavy suitcases. NO kitchen, NO fridge, NO kettle (must get hot water from the bar). Shared bathrooms for 40-50 people get messy by evening. Best for backpackers with light luggage! "
