“後來發現行李不用抬上抬下的秘密通道，房間和設施都很棒，唯獨check in比較遠，我們是派一人搭電車去取鑰匙，退房很簡單，把鑰匙留在餐桌上即可。位置離主要景點有點遠，最好搭公車或電車前往。”

Über den Park direkt wird es ersichtlich, dass zumindest keine Ausstattung vorhanden ist, diese aber gebucht werden kann. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, Geschirr war teilweise dreckig. Im Bad waren teilweise Lampen in der Decke defekt”

“Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön obwohl das Wetter leider nicht mitgespielt hat. Die Lage des Hausbootes ist perfekt und Edwin sehr nett. Leider hat unser "Geburtstagskind" ein paar Dinge zu beanstanden gehabt. Es gibt im 2. Schlafzimmer kein Fenster. Es fehlten u.a. ein Fernseher und eine Terrasse. Für 4 Personen ist es definitiv zu klein.”

“We very much enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic!!! Many of the canals can have a lot of foot and bike traffic, especially at night. This location is close to everything, but on a quiet canal. We loved the funky old boat, but I would caution that the photos might be unintentionally misleading. This boat is fun and funky -not elegant. Think “70s kitsch” - tapestries, mismatched prints, space blankets on the ceiling. The bed was good, the other furniture rather uncomfortable. There is no……

“I cannot recommend Han's houseboat enough. We spent a delightful week and it was a real WOW experience. After long days exploring Amsterdam, the cool breeze off the water and gentle rocking of the boat was remarkably relaxing. Many of the major tourist sites are within walking distance. Centraal Station is only a ten-minute walk, and from there you can go anywhere. Even with four of us, the houseboat was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was serene and the beds were wonderfully……

“I am beyond grateful for this stay! We stayed here as a family of 3 (two adults, 1 teen) for a long weekend getaway. I could not have picked a better option! The home is as described and very clean and comfortable. You enter up 3 flights of modern, comfortable stairs into a small vestibule shared with the hosts. From there, you enter through a locked door into a private hallway. Take the hallway to the right to find a large, comfortable bedroom and a clean and functional bathroom with laundry.……

“Die Sauberkeit des Ferienhauses ließ zu wünschen übrig, sonst war das Haus schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, sprach aber kein deutsch. Wir hatten um einen Late Check out gebeten, dieses war nur für maximal 2 stunden möglich und sollte 35,- € kosten!!! Wir sind daher einen Tag früher abgereist um uns den Stress am frühen Morgen zu ersparen!”
