「I think, this is one of my favorite hotels now. It is located in a renovated historic building right in the center. Self-check-in was very easy and worked great. I did arrive a bit early, but was assisted with the room that was ready at that point. Room was very clean and comfortable. Various teas a thoughtful touch. Just be mindful, that the building is elevator-free, and the staircase ilmight be a challenge, if you packed a large suitcase.」

「Beautifully renovated historic building with beautiful garden and a top-notch restaurant. The new lift is especially good, saving us the effort to wrestle luggages up the steep stairs typically of older Dutch buildings. Quiet surroundings at the historic city center. Very nice and helpful staff. Oh, and the breakfast is well worth the money. Everything is tasty.」

「Hoping the food can be even better」

「Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before...

「Loved the monitored space for bikes. We looked for the swimming pool but saw a locker room and an utility room so didn’t proceed to find the swimming pool as it made an uninviting impression. Maybe we went through the wrong doors, I’m not sure. Breakfast was wonderful with fresh food, lots of choices and friendly staff.」

「Property is very close to train station and zanse schanse and staff was very helpful in accommodating our late check in, holding onto luggage at reception etc. Only thing to complain about was the soap in the shower was running low but we also didn't try ringing the reception to ask for more so can't dock them for that」
