실제 가서 보면 오래되어 깨끗해 보이지 않습니다
수건도 오래되어서 수건은 가정에서 오래쓰면 부드러움 빠진 거친 마치 걸레처럼 뻐신 느낌의 수건인데 오래되어서 흰색인데
살짝 회색빛이 나는 수건 3개랑 깨끗한거 1개 비치되었구요
침구류도 오래되어 흰색이 아닌 회색빛이라 깨끗한 느낌이 들지 않았습니다
1회용품 별도 청구 였구요
호텔이라기 보다는 모텔에 호텔 이름만 넣은게 아닌가 싶은 생각이 들었습니다
방음 안되어서 다른방 문닫는 소리

"Booked Hotel Louize because there were no other hotels available on a holiday weekend. We were a group of friends that booked the 1 standard bed and 1 twin bed. The location was very convenient, the staff was very nice (but did not speak english), and the room was spacious for South Korea. "The hotel is in a great location. However, we booked a nonsmoking room and it smelt like smoke and had yellow smoke stains on the ceiling and walls. The bed was like cardboard and over all not clean. Come to find out it was a Love Hotel. So we did not stay there and left immediately upon arrival. "

"Shilla Stay Samsung COEX Center is a very nice hotel overall with a great location across the street from a large shopping mall. The staff was very friendly at check in and check out. They even gave me 2 free gifts! The room itself was also very nice and clean. Only con I noticed was that the shower wasn't completely sealed and some water leaked out onto the rest of the bathroom floor, but that wasn't a big deal. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the area!"
