Munmudaewang-myeon Holidays

The room was very dirty and falling apart (towel rod half fallen off, mold, etc., plus the toilet had a leak, and the room smelled of cigarette smoke). I would not recommend staying here. The upper shower head had leaks that pointed at the ceiling, so I was afraid to use it in case it caused damage to the ceiling. I also found a hair in my bedding that was definitely not mine, so I don't think it was cleaned between guests. In general, the room had most of the amenities you would expect, which is why I gave it two stars instead of 1, though they were hard to figure out. For instance, turning on the AC required figuring out that you had to use the TV remote.

I really enjoyed my stay at Lotte Hotel Ulsan. The air conditioning was a standout, it kept the room wonderfully cold, exactly how I like it! Coming back to such a cool room after exploring the city felt amazing. I also loved the shower. The water and overall shower experience were refreshing and made it easy to unwind after a long day. A properly cold room and a satisfying shower make a big difference to me, and those were highlights of this stay. I would happily return on my next visit to Ulsan!
