Rooms were spacious, super clean. Bed was very comfortable. All staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. Lots of options.

Modern and well appointed
It’s a 25 minute walk to the old town, but besides that this is a great place to stay, with a supermarket and several cafes and restaurants right next door.

Clean, hip, comfortable
Clean, good service (I had no problem speaking English-only). Bikes are very convenient for getting into center. Taxis were also easily available via a request to front desk. (It's a long half-hour walk to the center of Muenster, but definitely do-able if you've got the time). Rooms are very hip, clean, quiet. Really nice toiletries, but the bean-bag chairs are a bit silly! I'd definitely stay here again.

A bit far from town - get ob bus routes that drop/pick you up from Railway Station. Diifficult to get direct bus from main town square. Lovely Italian restaurant 50 yds from hotel reception :)

Quirky hotel with great service
Business trip with collegues - we have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. The hotel is very quirky with a good location in a lovely neighbourhood. Great bar, restaurant and reception with exceptional meeting space.

We chose this hotel because it is based on a structure of the former brewery. The disappointing part is that the old walls are only in reception, bar and meeting areas not the rooms (added strcuture). The other disappointment was the bike rental at 12 euro (4 more than downtown) - a bummer in the biking capital of Germany. Otherwise, very nice, comfortable and modern hotel with large balconies. Parking was easy enough at 7 euro.

Excellent all around
Very impressed by both the hotel and the staff. The minimalist nature of the decor in no way minimised the comfort. The unique un-refurbished factory did not serve as an excuse to overlook cleanliness. The wifi was free and easy to use. The breakfast was fresh and ample. The services were accommodating and location was ideal with easy walking distance from downtown or cycle hire availability right at the hotel. Several restaurants below the hotel offer a range of tastes and speeds, several offer outdoor seating.

Nice design and reasonably good location with some restaurants close by. Disappointing that there is no WiFi in the rooms. Parking cost (8 Euro/day) is extra even outside of the garage (at least during work days). The room of my daugher was not really clean (lots of hair on the floor). No coffeemaker or tea in the room.

Very urban chic- would make a great backdrop to a fashion shoot - yet strangely amidst a few random shops. Good sized rooms, comfy beds, minimalist design. Clean. Great bathroom and shower, towels a bit thin. Nice bar with big floor cushions and candles. Very quiet while we were there- breakfast good enough. A good over night stay hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyable!
Our stay at the Factory was a really enjoyable experience. From the minute we checked in the staff were very pleasant and helpful giving us information about bus routes into town and supplying us with a very useful map. The fact that the hotel is a renovated old brewery brings something different to the surroundings - exposed brick and plasterwork, a really innovative idea! Although not in the city centre, we decided to walk and it took about 15-20 minutes. Perfectly manageable on a warm evening. The breakfast was excellent and having had only continental breakfast throughout the rest of our European trip, it was fantastic to have hot food - particularly eggs and bacon!! All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay at The Factory again and will certainly recommend it to friends.

Good value for a short stay en route
We booked to stay for two nights on the way back from long tour of Southern Germany and France. We were road weary and tired of camping in the rain. In that context the hotel was perfect. Excellent service, big modern rooms (though rather characterless) safe parking (for a car full of wine) and an interesting location. A 20 minute walk from the town centre, though.

Verrassend hotel. De buitenkant doet niet vermoeden wat aan de binnenkant is. Leuke locatie vlakbij allerlei eetgelegenheden. Nette kamer. Er was ook een nederlandse gastvrouw wat het nog makkelijker maakte. Aanrader.

ホテルも全体的に綺麗で、スタッフもフレンドリーで良かったです。海外のホテルには珍しくスリッパも用意されている点も良かったです。ただ、冷蔵庫が無かった点がマイナスです。それさえあれば設備的には申し分ないです。

Tolles neues Hotel mit schönen großzügigen Zimmern. Einziger kleiner Nachteil, das Gym ist nicht im Haus sondern eine Kooperation mit einem Fitnessstudio ca. 200m entfernt.
