“On a quiet side street, place looked brand new. Wi-fi was fabulous.”

“Staff is helpful and that’s the biggest positive about this hotel. The location while close is not really close as you have to take a rickshaw to get to temple and ghats are far. The location is near a Urinal and smells really bad. The biggest issue I faced on day 1 was unclean bathrooms and unchanged bedding. They changed my room since the toilet leaked. So the staff is prompt and that’s good. But there is an issue with the toilets, water pressure and cleanliness of toilets. Rest the staff is……

“Very attentive staff to all requests room was 2 twins converted to a King bed so split in middle not so comfortable. Have had better for the price. Food at the Rooftop Restaurant excellent!”

“部屋は清潔でサービスも良かった”

“Not to the standard, the bathroom was very small, and the shower did not work. Not going back again. Sanjay H”

“Nice hotel - we were there during a busy holiday so price was no doubt a bit higher but good location, walkable to many areas and the river. Staff was really nice. Room was clean. “I am often in Varanasi for work, and always stay at te Diamond. It is near both to the center city and riverfront and to the university and yet quickly accessible to the route to the airport and train station. The staff are helpful, from arranging cars for longer road trips to providing all the necessities of a hotel stay. The rooms are quite large, and the bathrooms have recently been remodeled, a further plus. The restaurant is good.”
