Welcome to our villa in Costa Rei, a location in southeastern Sardinia renowned for its stunning white sandy beaches! Just 700 meters from the beach, the house offers breathtaking views of the sea and hills.

Ascend a staircase from the private parking, and you'll find yourself in a tranquil retreat surrounded by greenery with panoramic views. The house comprises a spacious room with a double bed and a single bed, a newly renovated bathroom with a shower cabin, a living room with a kitchenette and a sliding glass door to enjoy the scenery. In the living room, there's a wooden loft with a single bed and a half and a sofa bed.

Outside, you can enjoy a covered veranda and a large garden with lawn and flowers that promises absolute privacy, hosting an equipped barbecue for unforgettable evenings. On the lower floor of the house, there's a small room with two single beds and a little bathroom with a sea view, accessible via an external staircase, perfect for friends or family.

Outside, a hot water shower with a panoramic view of the sea adds a touch of luxury and relaxation to your stay. The villa is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine to make your vacation even more comfortable. It is air-conditioned, but in the summer, it stays cool thanks to its east-facing exposure. The house has WiFi connection.

Despite being surrounded by nature, the villa is within the context of the Costa Rei resort, just a short walk from pharmacies, markets, local restaurants, shops, and facilities organizing water activities and excursions.
