「Charmerende. Dejligt værelse med udsigt til poolen. Vær opmærksom på at nogen værelser har vinduer højt, så man ikke kan se ud (kælderen). Flere grupper af stole/borde udenfor, så man kunne sidde og hygge. Flinke værter. Morgenmad ok, men der manglede hele tiden noget (var der i 3 dage). I området var der gode afmærkede vandrerstier. Et stort supermarked. 」

Our breakfast was extensive and generous. A great stay for off the beaten path-very relaxing. In a very nice town.」

「I stayed at Quinta de São Luís (Vine House) and I have to say, this was hands down the highlight of my entire trip to Portugal. 「Beautiful farm...people were very helpful...lovely setting...and great wines and information about wines and ports. Only issue was finding the place...they do not have a sign at the entrance to the property.」

「This was a fabulous find! The property host was super accommodating. We got in late in the evening and had to leave early. His mom made a delicious home cooked meal and prepared the breakfast buffet early enough for us to eat before we had to leave. The view was fantastic and the room comfortable. I wish we had more time to spend there. 」
