The property is difficult to find because the sign lights are out we came at night. This is more of a motel it had stairs to the second floor. The outside of the property is really an eyesore it has a bunch of old coin operated rides that are broken. It has what looks to be a fountain in the front that is fairly large but it's disgusting it hasn't been ran in a minute I could only imagine what it would be like on a hot summer day. The pool has been broken for a while and doesn't look as though it's going to get fixed anytime soon. The lady who owns it unfortunately lost her husband last year and is looking to sell it. She seemed nice but over the whole ownership of a hotel. The room was clean the room only had a roughly 20-in TV located on the wall closest to the restroom not convenient if you're looking to watch TV in the bed there is no hair dryer to use the door does not have a bolted lock or a latch lock it's only secured by the door knob lock which makes a single mom with two girls very uncomfortable. There is no breakfast. The sign on the road says $80 I was disappointed that I paid $115. I would not recommend this hotel until it gets a makeover.

the room smelled like dog, looks like a room from the 70's just old and not kept up. the front desk was unattended, we kept ringing the bell and then we had to call the number on the door waited a few more seconds and she came up and checked us in. we reserved the room for 2 days but left after the first day, the smell was unbearable. will never stay there again,

We didn’t get to go because of weather. When we canceled the lady on the phone was very rude and took all the money out immediately so I had to wait until Monday to get half back. We will be down to Arkansas to visit the mine but we will not be staying there. I would rather stay in a flea ridden motel than there for how rude she was.

It just a older motel that the room was big enough for my family the A/C quit & they gave us fans it was a good thing wasn’t hot that nite but by 8 n morning room was hot we was checking out that day anyway. The pool was fun with slides kids loved it but the water was cold.

Beds were comfortable. Pool was great and kiddo loved the water slide. Part of the indoor water park stuff was shut off for renovations I think, but it was still great. Swings and teeter totter available.

There was rust all over the pool/ slide area. My 8 yr old grandson did not want to swim as he said it looked to skeechy.The room looked and smelled clean, however I did see a roach in the bathroom. The office to sign in stunk.this place would really be nice if they took the time and effort to clean and paint. Perfect place to do a hotels impossible. I did notice the place is for sale.

There’s a hotel a few minutes away I’d recommend. I will just say, I never leave bad reviews ever. I got a room here and was charged $160 for one night because of the “waterpark” I thought it had. It’s non existent. Little play area for kids is unsafe. Lady was rude to my husband we traveled and arrived around 10pm and she was very rude to him about that when I had the room reserved for about a month. If you’re absolutely desperate, go ahead and get a room. But I won’t be going back.

It was clean but the decor was way way way outdated, I know it says 60s theme but let's call it what it is , old and outdated, pillowcases were yellowish. They should seriously consider new bedding . I' was grossed out by that. Could hear the people next door.
