「VROB 13 Mar to 18 Mar Address: Carnikava Latvia I booked this VROB on the Monday the 11th of March Received the above confirmation. When I arrived on the 13th no one was around even though I received a check in confirmation. I chatted with the Owner & she never heard of VROB & never listed the residence that is in the picture. 「Hotel is at very nice location by the lake, although my room had limited view to the lake. Easy access from the highway. I most likely will visit this hotel in the future. 「Das Hotel ist am Rande eines Ortes und Naturschutzgebiets in schöner Lage mit ausschweifendem Park gelegen. Sehr schön und einem SPA Hotel angemessen. Den Punkt Abzug gab es dafür, daß wir erst einen Tag vor Anreise erfuhren das der mitgebrachte SPA aufgrund kurzfristig notwendig werdender Wartung nicht verfügbar war. Für uns als Städtereisende das entspannende Element also nicht verfügbar. C'est la vie. So was kommt vor... man bot uns alternativ Upgrade, Rückerstattung oder auch ein anderes...
