An amazing stay.

As a family of 4 we enjoyed a two week break at the Villa, it was very well equipped and in a peaceful location. It’s a fantastic property with an amazing pool. Great location to use as a base and explore nearby beaches and towns. The Mallorca Charme team were amazing and helped when our flight home was delayed. A perfect family holiday. Would highly recommend the property and the Mallorca Charme team.

Wonderful

The finca is great, we travelled with my wife, our two children and my parents. We had a great time as a family. Pure calm, the swimming pool great and very well cared for, the house also cared for up to the smallest detail. The contact with Mallorca Charme was great, the day of our arrival we did not find the finca and came to look for us and they accompanied us. During the whole stay they worried if we needed anything. In general a very good experience that we will certainly repeat.

Ich wunderschöne finca mit Perfekte Ausstattung

Ich wunderschöne finca mit Perfekte Ausstattung.Einfach alles was man eig braucht ist in der finca vorhanden.Basketball m, Tischtennis, Katzenspiele so wie Genügend Bücher.Ich war mit meine Familie 12 Tage in der Finca und haben jeden Tag die Zeit genießen können.Zu empfehlen ist auf jeden Fall ein Auto! Die nächste Ortschaft ist zu Fuß in 30 min erreichbar.Sowie Moskitospray, wenn’s kühlt wird kann man im Garten nicht sitzen ohne Spray.Ansonsten ist es eine 10 von 10 finca man kann auf jeden Fall hier die Ruhe genießen.

Entspannter Urlaub in idyllischer Lage

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Kommunikation vorab und während des Urlaubes war sehr gut. Wir haben die Möglichkeiten von Basketball, Tischtennis, Pool und Billard genossen, dadurch kam nie Langeweile auf. In 7 Minuten Entfernung war der nächste Supermarkt. Die Ausstattung der Finca war sehr hochwertig und neu. Kleines Manko waren die Matratzen im Erd- und Obergeschoss (Sprungfedern deutlich merkbar, durchgängige Matratze, dadurch war jede Bewegung des Partners stark zu spüren) Lieben Dank für den tollen Urlaub!!!

Maison très agréable et superbe extérieur

Nous avons loué cette maison pour une durée de 2 semaines et nous sommes très contents. Il y a juste quelques petits détails à améliorer pour la salle de bain à l'étage pas de meubles de rangement donc tous les produits de toilettes par terre et pas de penderie aussi à l'étage mais les 2 chambres du bas en ont donc au final ça va. Pas de meubles de rangement non plus dans la cuisine pour ranger les courses. La literie est à changer elle est vraiment très mauvaise. L’agence qui s’occupe sur place de la maison ne nous a pas prévenu que les jardiniers venaient 1 fois par semaine et il rentre sans sonner donc un peu bizarre mais ils sont très gentils et ils ne restent qu’une heure environ. La maison se situe dans un couloir aérien beaucoup d’avions passent mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Et vous aurez aussi l'agréable Surprise de cohabiter avec des paons dans la maison. La maison est vraiment agréable et au calme nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances!

Énorme déception - à fuir !

Nous avons réservé cette villa une semaine en aout cette année car elle présentait sur le papier tous les critères requis pour nos vacances en famille au calme. Or nous n'avons pas été informés via l'annonce et/ou l'agence de location Mallorca Charme à Muro de la situation de la villa, qui est dans le couloir aérien d'atterrissage de tous les vols vers Majorque (nuisances sonores permanentes avec des avions qui volent très bas et vous passent au dessus de la tête toute la journée nuit et à certains moments toutes les minutes... ). Nous avons en particulier très mal dormi car nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit pour faire circuler l'air en raison des bruits des avions (La température était de 35 degrés). Une deuxième information majeure n'a pas été portée à notre connaissance avant notre arrivée : la présence permanente de 20 paons à la villa, qui est en fait leur lieu de vie ! Ils défèquent sur toutes les terrasses y compris celle de la piscine, sur le salon de jardin qui n'a pas pu être utilisé pour cette raison. Ils perdent leur plume partout, qui volent dans la villa et crient de très bons matins...ils perdent des tiques remplies de sang de ci de là ... Malgré nos mails, l'agence Mallorca Charme n'a pas daigné nous répondre sur ces énormes inconvénients de la villa. En revanche nous avons été inondés de mails inutiles et redondants en amont (nous avons du donner 3 fois notre horaire d'arrivée par exemple ...) et aussi pendant notre séjour pour bien penser à ne pas dépasser 10h pour le Check out ! Ils devaient venir le lendemain de notre arrivée et ne se sont jamais présentés. Incompétents notoires ....

Ruhe in der Natur ohne Langeweile

- die friedliche und ästhetische Gesamtatmosphäre der Finca (Ausblick, Ruhe, Garten...) - Pool groß und sauber - Pflanzen, Palmen, Terrassen - schöne Poolhandtücher - Ruhe, angenehme Einsamkeit - Inneneinrichtung, schöne Details - Billard, Tischtennis, Basketball - Pizzaofen, 2 Grills - Küchenausstattung - Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten - man konnte Greifvögel beobachten Wir haben hier mit unseren drei Kindern eine ganz tolle Woche verbracht. Trotz der ruhigen, ja einsamen Lage kam nie Langeweile auf. Der Pool lud zum Faulenzen ein, außerdem konnte man Billard, Tischtennis oder Basketball spielen. Der Blick auf die Berge ist phänomenal, man sieht viele Greifvögel (und Flugzeuge). Eine Überraschung waren die bis zu 20 Pfaue, die teilweise auf dem Gelände leben. Manchmal waren sie fast den ganzen Tag verschwunden, aber morgens hört man sie sehr deutlich und man sieht überall ihre Hinterlassenschaften... Das Haus ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet (ganz flauschige Handtücher!) und mit sehr viel Geschmack, Charme und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Nicht alles ist in neuestem Zustand (Poolliegen), aber das hat uns ebenso wenig gestört wie die Tatsache, dass es keinen Geschirrspüler gibt. Das Gesamtpaket stimmt einfach! Das Haus liegt mitten in der Natur - dazu gehören neben den Pfauen auch Mücken. - 2 Billardkugeln fehlten, Queues in schlechtem Zustand - das obere Zimmer war zu heiß und stickig, kaum zu lüften - Das Haus wäre für uns perfekt, wenn die Schlafzimmer klimatisiert wären (es gibt allerdings drei Standventilatoren).

Wonderful Stay, Wonderful Property

Great location and wonderful property. Loads of things for the kids to do at the villa i.e table tennis, pool, basketball and the villa is beautifully presented. Wouldn't change anything about our stay , we had a wonderful and relaxing break in Casa Nuria and would throughly recommend to anyone.

Genial

La casa está muy bien equipada y preparada. Fue una escapada de semana santa con la familia, la lástima es que no hizo muy buen tiempo y no pudimos estar mucho en la terraza y jardín. El interior de la casa es amplio y con mucha luz, el sofá es muy cómodo, hay una mesa de billar que no utilizamos ya que los niños todavía son muy pequeños, pero nos pareció un detallazo. No hay nada negativo, la lástima es que no pudimos utilizar una parte importante de la finca como es la piscina y la terraza ...
