Located in the coveted Playa de Muro complex, villa Corb Marí I is your ideal choice. We can consider it a versatile property, where you can enjoy the tranquil and surprising views of the famous s'Albufera natural park. At the same time, it is just a few steps away from one of Mallorca's best beaches and all the amenities of the complex.



Impressive, modern, and functional are three adjectives that the villa exemplifies. The ground floor is fully accessible for guests with reduced mobility, who can move without problem from the entrance ramp through the wide doors and the floor-level shower to the impressive infinity pool terrace.



The villa is distributed over two floors. A ramp leads you through the main door, which opens to an open living room. Take your time in our fully equipped kitchen while conversing with your family in the elegant living room, where they can enjoy satellite TV and wifi. Two glass sliding doors illuminate the entire space, from which you can access a double room with a queen-size bed and a family bathroom with an accessible shower. The first floor has three more bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed with a window and an en-suite bathroom. An additional family bathroom is shared by two twin rooms, both with their glass sliding doors leading to a balcony overlooking the impressive Albufera.



Outside, one can enjoy a quiet swim, have a barbecue under the porch, or simply lie in the sun and forget about everything. The guest has an accessible bathroom and laundry room from the patio, even an outdoor shower with hot water next to the pool.



The property has air conditioning available from 2 pm to 4 pm and from 8 pm to 8 am and a pellet stove (with additional cost).



Information to keep in mind:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
