Relaxed stay at the end of the season

Welcoming, warm and professional staff. Good quality buffet food for breakfast and dinner. It was quiet as it was end of the season. Would stay again.

Definitely a 3 star hotel. The food was oily, lacked diversity, and was not of top quality. I also had to change rooms, because I was initially getting smells from the kitchen coming all the way to my room from the ventilation. There's also another hotel right next door that has an amphitheater setup that blasts music until 10:30pm every night of the week, and it faces directly on the hotel rooms, meaning you get very little peace at night if you're facing that side of the hotel. The only upside was the service in this hotel, which was impeccable. The staff were all extremely polite, warm and friendly. But yeah, a lot of improvements to be made before it becomes a 4 star in my opinion.

Outstanding with something for everyone.

My stay at The Grupotel Amapola was my first time going all-inclusive and it didnt disappoint. The hotel itself is clean, tidy, and very well presented - which continued into the room which was spacious, had a wardrobe and drawers, a private bathroom with walk in shower and a balcony. Everything from ameneties to the food to staff was spot on - so much so my partner an i originally went for 5 days and extended to 8!! Aitana, José, Merija and Fran were stand out staff members who were constantly attentive, welcoming, always helpful and truely made our holiday all the better. We will definitely be back - Laina & Ash (UK Couple, mid 30's)

Don’t expect the ladies at front desk to help you. They will find every reason possible not to. The hotel is wonderful otherwise. You’re better off finding another place to stay. These ladies lack any common courtesy. Recommendation for upper management, find someone with a little humanity for this position.

Estadia agradevel e tranquila

A estadia foi excelente, o café da manhã é muito completo e gostoso. O quarto era bom, mas um pouco antigo. O banheiro era reformado e muito bom. A equipe também foi muito atenciosa, nos deixaram guardar a bagagem no ultimo dia e tomar um banho no fim do dia para podermos irmos ao aeroporto.

Hôtel convenable. Bien dans l'ensemble. Personnel aimable et serviable. Deux points faibles concernant la direction de l'établissement. 1-En 1/2 pension, le verre d'eau est payant, aucun accès à une fontaine à eau même en période de canicule (32 à 37°) 2-Insonorisation des chambres inexistante, on participe aux conversations des voisins de chambre !

Siamo stati 2 anni di seguito in questo albergo. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Le stanze sono piccole, però in quella zona gli immobili sono molto costosi. Noi abbiamo sempre fatto formula All Inclusive. Il cibo è veramente buono, sempre tanta scelta di varie pietanze, e veramente gustoso. La spiaggia di Muro è vicina, ci vogliono circa 10 minuti per raggiungerla.

Petit hôtel très propre avec un personnel sympathique et réactif (panne de climatisation rétablie de suite). Chambre agréable avec balcon vue sur le lac et la piscine (coucher de soleil), mini réfrigérateur, salle de bain assez grande avec douche spacieuse et bonne pression de l'eau . Ménage fait tous les jours( dimanche ?) avec changement des serviettes. Nourriture correcte et très variée chaque soir. Formule all inclusive avec grand choix de boissons sur la carte. Il faut savoir que l'eau du robinet n'est pas très bonne.Facile de se garer dans la rue le long de l'hôtel. 6 minutes à pied de la très belle playa de Muro.
