Our stunning villa "Es Garrover es Vela" is only about 5km away from this piece of paradise. On a plot of 8.000 m² between olive trees and huge palm trees the beautiful villa stands out. The entire yard is fenced. A large steel gate gives us access to the diverse garden paradise. On offer here are green lawns, a large children's playground, a beach volleyball field, a soccer field, table tennis, a huge pool area with saltwater pool (10m x 12m) sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower and chill-out area under a Mediterranean sun sail. But that's not enough .... The house welcomes us to a spacious terrace area, roofed and equipped with super comfortable garden furniture. Together you dine here at the long table, where the whole family finds a cozy place. The grill master can prove his skills at the comfortable stone grill and conjure Mediterranean delicacies for the whole travel group. At the grill stone table you can hiss a cold beer or perhaps taste a local wine. Mallorca now offers great island grape varieties ... just plan a trip to a bodega, you will be impressed.
The modern interior offers plenty of space and comfort on an impressive 480 m² living area. The 2 super stylish levels are furnished and decorated with great taste and quality. The basic equipment includes of course air conditioning in all parts and free Wifi Internet. The communal living area on the ground floor consists of a cozy living room in Zen style, which is used for balance, harmony and relaxation in interior design. The minimalist dining area with its own counter and bar stools is centrally located between the hyper-modern kitchen and the living room. While dining at the large table, you have uninterrupted views of the colourful outdoor area, a great contrast to the order, lightness and comfort of the interior. The light-flooded kitchen shines in elegant design with kitchen island and the newest technology. At kitchen appliances and comfort everything is here what you need in a well-functioning kitchen.
The quiet zone of the house is divided into 5 double bedrooms. 2 double bedroom is located on the ground floor with adjoining bathroom. From here you have direct access to the garden. The 3 further bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Here each bedroom has its own bathroom en suite. Modern and high-quality equipment provide in all bedrooms for the desired rest, which is a must for the precious holiday season. Large fitted wardrobes provide plenty of storage space for luggage and clothing. A safe for valuables is also available. If you want to check emails or write a postcard, you can do it conveniently at the desk. For our smallest guests, we will provide cots and high chairs. For the cooler season radiators were installed throughout the house, so that even that season is comfortable. In the basement there is the so-called "laundry room" with washing machine and dryer.
