「Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber! Die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz war von der Breite her mit unserem Viano zu bewältigen. Die Ferienwohnung war komplettest ausgestattet, die Handtücher wurden alle 3 Tage frisch vor die Tür gestellt, die Bettwäsche nach einer Woche. Nachdem das Klima eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit hat, stand ein Trockengerät zur Verfügung. Im Ort, 200 m weiter, gibt es eine Gaststätte, nach 5 Minuten Autofahrt Supermärkte, zum 3 km langen, freien, aber bewachten Sandstrand in Aviles /...

「This condo is wonderful. It was spotlessly clean, was well stocked, and decorated beautifully. The neighborhood is vibrant with many restaurants to enjoy (we liked the Mona Lisa for a late night drink). You can walk to anywhere in the city. The best part of the condo though….. the owners! They met us, helped us park, brought up our luggage, made sure we were comfortable and happy. Incredible service. If you are looking for a great place in Oviedo, you found it!」

「Trevlig lägenhet med mycket potential. Nu under sommaren så saknades dock AC. Vi öppnade fönsterna, men då kom det in mygg och så störde oljudet från fiskmåsarna lite mer. Men med myggnät installerade så hade det varit en bra relativt billig åtgärd för hotellet. Men annars en bra lägenhet med mycket tillhörigheter som exempelvis tvättmaskin och diskmaskin.
