Spring in the Blue Ridge

My wife and I enjoyed the peace and quiet of the Blue Ridge Mountains in this nice cabin. The cabin was very clean, well outfitted, and nicely decorated. We enjoyed relaxing in the rain and eating on the screened-in porch, and the view was awesome!

Excellent View!

The sunrises here are magnificent! The cabin is wonderfully insulated and warm when it's cold outside, and the owner is pleasant and responsive. We're definitely keeping this in mind for a return visit!

Cozy Cabin with Amazing view!

Perfect weekend getaway! The view fromthe cabin is incredible and the cabin was very clean and cozy! The owner was great to communicate with and we had everything we needed ready for us at the cabin. Great central location. Only 15 to 30 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, Murphy and McCaysville!

Amazing View

We stayed four nights at this amazing cabin. Great location with incredible views! Such a nice sitting area on the outside of the cabin with a firepit that faces that wonderful view. Kitchen has all you need for a stay here. Living room had very comfortable seating and the bed was super comfortable. Perfect getaway!

Breathtaking

Our stay was everything we wanted it to be and more. Highly recommend setting an alarm to wake up and see the sunrise because the view from the cabin was amazing. I hope to be back next year in the fall to enjoy this little slice of heaven again.

Quiet cabin

Beautifully decorated cabin in the NC Blue Ridge Mountains. Murphy NC and Blue Ridge GA are about a 30 minute drive. The cabin is quite big. It can easily accommodate 4 adults. The view is beautiful. The driveway is gravel and it is a sharp turn on to it.

Just over the Line

the view at the cabin , which is just over the NC state line, is absolutely amazing. the driveway is a little tricky but manageable, In the snow I would think challenging. Overall great time and clean(few spiders). The grill being out of propane was only thing and the owner even offered to reimburse me if i picked up a new tank.

Slice of Heaven

We booked this charming little cabin to be close to family on the mountain. The place is so warm and cozy and quietly "tucked" away with a breathtaking view. The kitchen was well supplied with everything needed to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner. The screened-in porch was a life saver so the little one could still run and play when it rained. The host makes sure it is clean and well stocked for guests. He is also readily available if you have needs or if there is an issue. There is a wide selection of movies and games provided for your entertainment. We liked it so much that we booked it again for next Thanksgiving.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin! Clean and comfortable with a spectacular view. Located in a quiet, gated community, with easy access to nearby towns. Brian is a wonderful host, very responsive and friendly! We can’t recommend this place more, would love to come back again!!

The cabin could not have been more perfect! Cute, comfy with an amazing screened porch. Porch and fire pit have incredible views of the nearby mountain ranges - the sunrises are superb. We’ll definitely be back!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The location, cabin, views, really everything was great! Contacted Brian after arriving and couldn’t connect to the WiFi…. he immediately walked us thru the connection (the internet was on the slow side for our stay but not really a big deal for us). Highly recommend and hope to return someday!

The location and the cabin are both fantastic. I loved all the deck and porch spaces. Everything needed was provided. I go to the mountains to get away and this was perfect. There were houses around but too close. Restaurants and attractions are about 30 minutes away. The view is beautiful.

Mountain Majesty

This place is absolutely wonderful. If I was able to have a home in the mountains, this would be it. The view is spectacular and the cabin makes you feel like home. The owner was quick to respond to questions and free with his information of the surrounding area’s attractions. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Great view/fire pit, clean and cozy house. We brought our own food to cook all nights and wanted to enjoy the view. Turtletown had the best double waterfall. Worth the 40min hike in. No wifi, so get your coordinates before going. Google said Walmart is 30 min. Towards Murphy if you need meat otherwise Dollar General type stores is all you’ll see. Cabin is in a gated neighborhood which was a pleasant surprise for a safe girls trip. Just know the climb to the top of the neighborhood is worth the view!!

10/10 – Breathtaking Mountain Views & the Perfect Getaway!WOW… just WOW! This chalet absolutely blew me away from the moment I arrived. The mountain views were nothing short of majestic — truly some of the most stunning I’ve ever seen. Whether sipping coffee at sunrise or winding down at sunset, the scenery felt like it belonged on a postcard. Photos simply don't do it justice!The chalet itself was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything I could possibly need. Every corner was thoughtfully arranged for comfort and relaxation — cozy, spacious, and full of charm.And then there’s Brian — the host with the most!He was incredibly responsive, kind, and attentive. Every question I had, he answered with care and hospitality that went above and beyond. You can tell he takes real pride in making sure guests have the best possible experience — and it shows.This was, hands down, the BEST VRBO experience I’ve ever had. If you’re even thinking about booking this place — stop thinking and just do it. You will not regret it!
