"The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room refrigerator did not work and we did not realize it until the next day so the takeout order (three meals) we purchased to take home had to be thrown away. "

"As someone who stays at this level of hotel pretty often, I have to say that the level of cleanliness and the condition of the rooms were not the best. We had stains on the comforter that looked like chocolate as well as the sheets, there was dead bugs under the sink, I didn't even want to touch the jetted bathtub by the bed because it looked oily? We had to track down staff to check in and then again to check out because they were not around. Breakfast items, especially pastries were very stale at 9am. Overall, I wouldn't not stay at this one again."

"Our room wasn’t ready and it was after check in time. There were ants in our room. No shampoo or conditioner in the shower. They were empty but not replaced."
