Beach front access with outside pool options and snack/bar was perfect for a beach trip. It rained one day, but no worries because of the indoor pool. I would recommend this property and would stay again.

Awesome 2 bedroom condo

We needed a two bedroom condo for a few days and this was a very reasonable price for a very clean modern looking condo. Things were exactly as advertised.

Nice, Clean with great views of the Ocean from the Living Room and Balcony. Washer and Dryer was also beneficial. Located on 1st floor (technically 2nd floor because of lower level pool and parking) so access in and out from beach and with luggage a chore. Would definitely stay again. We love Royal Gardens and have stayed many times the pool is great as well as everything else they have to offer. How ever with just a few upgrades to our condo our stay would have been more pleasant

The location and outside amenities are very convenient but the room had moldy shower curtains and dirty carpets. The patio furniture was old and needed updating and the bedroom furniture needs to be replaced too. There was also mold in the bedroom shower.

Location is the key for this place. Being right in the beach was perfect! Decor is a little dated but really didn’t matter because we were either in the beach or the porch.

Great Location but Poor Condition of Condo-Needs Repairs

We really enjoyed the location of this condo and the accessibility of getting to the beach. We appreciated the outdoor pool. I’m sure several condos ant the Roy Garden are in better condition, but ours was in need of many repairs. It wasn’t an issue with the cleaning staff, but rather issues with things that needed deep cleaning and/or updated. See pictures below—I did reach out to them about the door handle and they offered to fix during our stay but it broke the night before check out. It had been loose all week.
