「Nice quiet location. Sort of a B&B without any breakfast. Went to Urth Caffe for breakfast. Nicely decorated. Good WIFI and AC. Small shower but lots of hot water and pressure. Parking is limited.」

「Riki is a great host. Met us for check-in and walk us through the apartment. Showed where everything is and had a little welcome gift is cookies, popcorn and lemonade. Easy walk to downtown Del Mar avenue for the shops and restaurants. Little less than half mile walk to the pier and beach. Very much enjoyed our stay.」

「I enjoyed my week at this beautiful little beach cottage. The views from the back decks and kitchen are stunning. It is a short walk from the beach (though a steep one, so be prepared) and an easy drive to Dana Point and Laguna Beach. The house was well appointed with linens and beach supplies. There is no AC, which was only noticeable during the evening when the bedrooms are in direct sun. Fortunately, the evening were cool and there were plenty of fans to sleep. All in all a great home...
