“There was zero communication from the property manager about where to go, when to arrive and so on. Attempts to reach them via the Vrbo messaging system yielded nothing. We ended up driving around the town, trying to figure out where we should start the tour, and we eventually had to book a stay in a local hotel and pay for a separate dhow cruise the next morning. I have requested a refund and, as expected, zero response. Awful experience! ”
