「Great stay, it’s a bit hidden but felt very private. Accommodations were made with toothbrushes, hair brush, cotton swabs and towels. I would double check on the instruction provided my room was on the 5th floor, and instruction indicated to get off 4th floor. Other than that I had an excellent stay and would recommend.」

「This was a 10/10 hotel in every way! - Minutes walk from a station to take you in minutes to Shinjuku, Harajuku, Akihabara, and Ochanomizu - It’s right on a back street near excellent food choices and bars that stay open late. - The room itself is beautiful, spacious and very accommodating. - There’s no check out process, just clean up and leave. 「While the price was relatively low for a 3-night stay, I was overall disappointed with this one. The room wasn’t very clean: floor had clumps of hair and dust, stains on walls, stains in the bathtub, clumps of lint on the fan screen. The WiFi connection was only available for about 50% miles of the time, and would shut off unpredictably. The heater/AC unit didn’t work at arrival. All of these issues were reported to the host, but the only way to communicate with them is through this...

「The only complexity was obtaining all of the details of the stay. They sent a link to a Google Drive with 6 PDF files detailing getting to the place and opening the door. I had to call to ask them to send the link after I emailed a full copy of my passport. They have some laundry facilities (a washer, no drier) but you must provide your own detergent. I only stayed one night, so had no time. Definitely could accommodate 4 travelers; I was there by myself. The interior was great.」
