The staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds were nice but the shower door was missing and you couldn’t turn the bedroom lights off without turning all the power off to the whole suite.

A good hotel in a great location, nice room and bathroom and the hotel is surrounded by places to eat with a big shopping mall 10 minutes walk away. Hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Hotel needs some maintenance

This is my third room. The windows need to be double glazed. We can hear the traffic. My bathroom was leaking and smelly. People smoke in some rooms. They need to invest in the staff and in the property.

Hotel needs maintenance.

Hotel needs some work done. Bathroom could be cleaner. They need to invest in the maintenance. Also they need to have double glazed windows because we can hear the traffic. Staff members are nice. They don’t allow to use the washing machine for short stays. Some people smoke in the rooms and I had to change room twice so this is my third room. Location is not bad but you need a car for sure.

This place sucks. I booked a 1 bed apartment with kitchen since I'm out of town on business. There is nothing in the kitchen to prepare meals, no dishrags, soap, scrub brushes, no hot water. They provide 2 each of basic cutlery but no knives or a cutting board. No toaster, no microwave. Has a jacuzzi tub, with no hot water. The place is cold and has no heater. No hangers or iron in the closet, no shelves in the closet. There are two drawers that work, the rest are fake. Shower head is broken in the bathroom with warm water. Fire alarm went off from using kettle, they placed a sensor right above the stove... Fire alarm went off for ~30 minutes the day I left from another unit, but never once did the ones in my room actually work. If you had the bedroom door closed, you wouldn't know. One of the worst equipped places I've stayed. Uncomfortably cold, even with the AC off. I had them bring an iron and used it as a space heater for 5 days, and used the over to warm the place up in the mornings. Ridiculously bad.

A three room apartment

It was a very good hotel. A convenient location. I got very nice view opposite to the sea. I booked a three room apartment. I can say it was a good experience. Just, I didn't like toilets as they were very narrow and the highest of the shower was low, didn't fit my tall. Generally, they were clean.

The hotel is ideally located quite central in the city. It was very clean and spacious. We had the 3 bedroom apartment and it was very very comfortable - at no point did we feel cramped. Great value for money and would definitely recommend a stay

Great location. The property is quite new but they need to finish some things in the rooms. The vanity in the bathroom had wires hanging out and not lights. The kitchen is stocked but missing some essentials like a dish cloth and tea towel as well as soap to wash the dishes. Nice staff and I would stay again, but they need to finish the work they started.

Attractive hotel apartments in a quiet location

Good selection of places to eat especially Indian vegetarian cuisine. Hotel is new and smart. Pity bathrooms are small and windows too! Please put instructions in the rooms how to use the TV Telephone etc.
