"Excellent "

"We spent 3 memorable nights at the Allegro and enjoyed our time there immensely. Min and her team were all quite helpful. Sam checked us in and with a map in hand asked us what we were looking to do in Hoi An. She then made suggestions and showed us the locations on the map. They also booked a car to take us to Hue when we departed. The breakfast was first class with many options, Asian and Western food, to choose from. We also had a dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was very good. I should note that we heard about the Allegro from a friend who had recently stayed there and he said it was a must. We agree!! Thank you, Min. We really appreciate your efforts to make our stay great."

"Second year in a row my husband and I have stayed at this hotel, first time was a 4 night stay and this time 14 nights, I was impressed that the level of customer service did not change, the whole team were excellent."

"The property is clean and well maintained. The internet is slow. The power went out several times, however, it was restored within a few minutes. It is on a busy street and everything quiets down around 10pm. Spa did not have air conditioning, so I didn’t choose services at the hotel. There is a restaurant onsite. Overall, I felt safe, daily room service was wonderful, and the location was perfect."

"Room was decent couldn’t shut window so mosquitos keep coming in and shower runs but not really well. No shampoo or body wash thankfully we bought some with us. But it’s a place to sleep and breakfast was good."

"This hotel is stunning. A beautiful boutique oasis and the pictures do not do justice. I ended up paying more upon arrival for a higher floor room overlooking the courtyard so I could get a quiet nights rest. Bed was comfortable, staff was attentive and AC worked great. Breakfast was above average. The only improvement for me would be for the hotel to offer an adults only time at the pool. There was always kids there and it wasn't relaxing because of that. It's a 15 minute walk to old town and there are shops and restaurants close by. I rented a scooter across the street which was convenient. All in all a great stay and I would return! "

"All in all, one of the best hotels we stayed in in a long trip. The location is excellent, near the town but far enough to be quiet. The pool is lovely. Breakfast excellent. The rooms feel luxurious. The staff helped us with many things."
