「Clean and comfortable room. Was communicating with the owner/ manager on WhatsApp and got all information. Got help with transport from and to da nang. My plan was to book closer to the river but I’m glad I chose this place. No noise at all. Slept like a baby.」

「The hotel was lovely and in a great location, but after my first night the hotel and that whole part of town was flooded and I had to be 'evacuated' by canoe. The woman who was at the front desk was an incredible help - if not for her, I would still be stranded. I can't begin to complement her highly enough for her dedication to her job and the safety and comfort of the guests. I highly recommend this hotel and their excellent staff!」

「From the moment I arrived, Miss Ten was so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and air conditioned. The shower was enclosed, which was a first for me in Vietnam. Water prices from the mini bar were good and she invited me for lunch with her and her family, which I had to decline, but it was a lovely offer. The location is excellent. There are bicycles you can take for a ride around the area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hoi An. 」

The bathroom was also bright and spacious. Hotel Manager Wally is very helpful. We loved everything about it especially the freshly prepared breakfast.」
