「A fresh new property, the staff went above and beyond with customer service and were very friendly. The late checkout was convenient, allowing us to do a little more before leaving. The only negative is the hotel style set-up, generally quiet but sone guests above us were thumping around, moving furniture and banging doors between 2-3 rooms until 1am. A complaint to the front desk quickly resolved the situation. Also the mattress was extremely hard, although this is common in SE Asia it was...

「飯店在巷弄內，晚上很安靜，可以睡的很好，走路到大街約10分鐘，不會太遠，位置很好！ 房間剛進入有點潮濕的味道，打開通風後會好很多，浴室熱水器要先打開開關才有熱水，水壓正常，但廁紙太潮濕都皺皺的，也可能我們去的期間一直下雨的關係...晚上可以先挑選隔日早餐，飯、麵、越南麵包都有，附飲料和水果，口味較清淡，分量適當！兩隻店狗可愛親人，老闆也很親切都會主動打招呼，家庭出遊選擇連通房很便利！」

「Everything was good, the hotel is clean, and has everything you need. The hotel is in the central of Hoi An which makes everything accessible by foot. The host was very nice and helpful throughout our stay, she would always be reachable for any question or petition we had.」
