“The hotel was great, modern and very large room, friendly staff, and beautiful pool and lobby. But it doesn't merit a five. The problem were the staff in the bar and restaurant. I had to ask two people for coffee at breakfast. Also had to ask about a sandwich at lunch at the bar. How can it take almost 30 minutes to get a sandwich?”

“The hotel doesn't have it's own gym but actually have an agreement with the spa/gym next door that allows hotel guest to get a single use pass. This resulted in the best hotel gym experience ever. Lol
The hotel also has a great location being close to a small shopping mall and cool restaurants with ocean views. ”

“The rooms are nice and well appointed. However parking is very difficult and inconvenient. Hot water and internet aren’t consistent. We were traveling with 4 kids and they couldn’t get the television to work. Breakfast was good. Room is a nice size. ”

“Modern hotel in a good safe location with mini market a few meters away and plenty of decent restaurants within a short walk. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Particular praise for Nilza on reception who was a great help organising taxis etc. No bar or restaurant on site though there is a coffee shop adjoining which offers breakfast & lunch every day except Monday.”
